Club Membership

Our HVAC Club Membership

Twice-a-year maintenance without having to remember to schedule it yourself, plus real savings if something breaks between visits.

Memberships start at just $16/month

What’s Included in a Club Membership Visit

The full visit. Every club visit includes a complete system check-up, not just a quick look. We replace filters if they're kept on site, and we run a full inspection to catch anything that could cause the system to fail before it's even turned on for the season.

Why it's timed the way it is. We come out twice a year, once in spring before cooling season starts and once in fall before heating season starts, so your system gets checked right before it has to work the hardest.

10% Off Repairs for Members

The discount. If you're a club member and something does need fixing, you get 10% off any repair.

Why it adds up. Problems caught during a scheduled visit are usually smaller and cheaper to fix than the same problem left alone until it causes a breakdown, so the discount stacks on top of savings you're already getting from catching things early.

Membership vs. Paying Per Visit

The math. Membership is usually cheaper than paying for a one-off maintenance visit, and it's especially cheaper than an emergency service call, which almost always costs more than a scheduled visit would have.

The trade-off. You're committing to a recurring cost instead of only paying when something happens, but for most homeowners the two guaranteed visits plus the repair discount pay for themselves before the year is out.

Membership Pricing

What it costs. Club membership starts as low as $16 a month, or you can pay for the year in full if you'd rather not have a recurring charge.

What you get either way. Both options include the same two seasonal visits and the same 10% repair discount. The monthly option just spreads the cost out.

Frequently Asked Questions

HVAC Maintenance & Repairs

How often should I schedule HVAC maintenance?

We recommend at least one professional tune-up per year for heating and one for cooling. Regular service improves efficiency, prevents breakdowns, and extends your system's lifespan.

How much does club membership cost?

Membership starts as low as $16 a month, or you can pay for the full year up front if you’d rather not have a recurring charge. Either way you get two seasonal visits and 10% off any repairs.

Is club membership actually cheaper than paying for maintenance visits separately?

For most homeowners, yes. Two scheduled visits plus a 10% repair discount typically costs less than paying for maintenance calls one at a time, and it's almost always cheaper than an emergency service call.

How long does a typical HVAC repair take?

Most common repairs, such as capacitor replacements or control board fixes, are completed within one to three hours. Complex repairs may require additional time or parts ordering.

Do I need to prepare anything before your visit?

Clear the area around your HVAC equipment, ensure easy access to electrical panels, and remove any fragile or valuable items from the workspace.

What are the benefits of preventative HVAC service?

Preventative service helps lower energy costs, reduces the risk of emergency repairs, improves indoor comfort, and increases your system's lifespan.

Can you service all makes and models?

Yes. Our licensed technicians are trained to maintain and repair all major HVAC brands, including ducted, ductless, and hybrid heating and cooling systems.
